Our customer methodology

• Step 1:
  Together with you we make a thorough analysis of your specific needs and wishes. Based on this analysis, we create a detailed PSD (Project Specification Document). This document describes in detail which functionalities you aquire in your project and how they are supposed to function. Next to this the document also lists the features that are NOT requested. Like this we garantuee a clear and transparant communication. Furthermore, we create for each of the basic functions concrete user interface screens which gives you an accurate idea of how your application will look like. For larger projects we are also capable of offering full functional wireframes. Such a wireframe is a clickable prototype of your application and simulates perfectly the behaviour of your website. This PSD is refined by both parties until a final version is accomplished.



• Step 2:
  As soon we have receievd your approval on the PSD, we start the installation and development of your application.



• Step 3:
  Through the development process your application is in a first phase (alpha phase) extensively tested by us. In a second phase (beta phase) we offer you the possibility to test out the application yourself for a limited period. During this phase your feedback is important to us. Potential errors are eliminated until a final delivery takes place.



• Step 4:
  The minute your application works bug free and in the way you want we can start with integrating the content. This can either be done by us or by you. Many clients prefer to input the content themselfs after we have provided a user training session. Finally, the application is ready to be put in production.



• Step 5:
  Even after the launch of your web project we stay standby in case things goes wrong. We are happy to offer you end user support through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) or webmastering contract.
